DATES FOR THE DIARY

• Throughout 2010 we will be undertaking Adventure 100  

  • June
    Start to collect toys and games for our Children in Need Evening in November
     

• We will be having are 3rd Sleepover in 2010 which will be  

  • Devauden Village Hall
    Saturday 25th September 2010
    Cost £5.00 payable by Monday 14th June (non refundable)
    Arrive at 4pm and depart on Sunday at 10am
    Own transport
    Food and drink will be provided however if you wish to bring more you can
    Uniform to be worn

CONGRATULATIONS

Beth or otherwise know as Fluffy Owl has now been awarded with both her Silver Duke of Edinburgh's award and her Senior Section Camp Permit.

Beth went to Mexico in 2009 as part of an International Senior Section Group and has now been awarded with the Specialist Level of the Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting Action Theme Badge for completing the project when a group of them built stoves for a local tribe.

Beth is one of the first to obtain this in the world!!

Marie Crowley or otherwise known as "Tawny Owl" to many of us has been selected to represent Trefoil Wales at the Canadian Centenary Celebrations in May 2010 !!

Hope you have a great time Tawny !!

Maggie Lund or otherwise known as Wise Owl for her recently presented "Good Service Award" .

This award was presented to Maggie for all the hardwork, dedication and successful running of the Caldicot Guide Headquarters over the last 20 years !!

 

Beth ( Fluffy Owl ) our Young Leader has just been presented with her Young Leader Award.

Beth is one of the first to gain this qualification in the County !!
